2) Package comes with mounting hardware and instruction for easy installation. A drill and 9/32" drill bit are required for installation. Make sure the trolling motor is disconnected to the battery or other power source before installation. It is recommend installing the motor along the centerline or keel of the pontoon boat
3) This mounting motor is constructed with special composite materials, not easy to break, kink or corrode. Built to last, it is manufactured to resist flexing, warping and UV damage
4) Instead of mounting the motor directly in front of the gate, many prefer to hold the motor in a horizontal position with a motor mount. In this case, our mount will work for you motor without taking up any deck space or blocking the gate. Also, it can offset some vibration and noise from the motor, which levels up you comfort
