Parts Grading
A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.
A Grade - The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
B Grade - The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
C Grade - The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.
No Grade - A part that has not yet been graded.
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through eBay. We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. If payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement.
Magic Motorsports ships to US addresses within the continental 48 states, as well as international shipping.
Same Day Shipping: We ship same day (unless noted on part) if part is ordered before 12:00 Noon CST.
In order to pass savings on to you, we may alternate between FedEx, USPS, and UPS depending on which is cheaper and/or faster.
Large & Heavy Parts will be shipped via freight carrier or via Greyhound Package Express. If shipped Grehound Package Express, buyer will need to pick up part at you local Greyhound Terminal. Parts shipped by freight carrier in almost all cases will need to be shipped to a commerical address. If no delivery dock or forklift is available, there may be an additional charge for lift services. After purchase, buyer must provide commercial delivery address along with contact phone number to arrange for delivery.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or PO Box addresses is available for select parts only. Please contact us through eBay messaging for details and shipping rates.
International Shipping - We use Ebays Global Shipping Progam for our international orders. You can click on the listing to see if Ebay ships to your country. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, VAT, import fees and any other fees your country may charge to import the item.
Local Pick-up at our facilities is available. Please contact us prior to your purchase to arrange local pick-up. Buyer must select 'Buy It Now' prior to local pick-up.
Please allow up to 10 days for delivery unless your part is included in eBay's Guaranteed Delivery Program. Most areas in the US are within 5 days.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us via eBay messaging within 24 hours for assistance. If item arrives damaged, it is important to keep all packaging materials that item arrive in. As well please take pictures of damaged item. This is needed in order to file a claim with shipping carrier.
All parts we sell come with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee unless otherwise stated. All parts must be returned in their original condition to receive full credit.
The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part. Please contact us through eBay messaging for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) before returning any part.
We do not cover the cost of labor charges during the installation of your parts.
All original shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns must be made and will be accepted within 30 days of the item being received by the customer only if the item is non-functional or differs substantially from the item description! Please do not buy the item just to check and diagnose your vehicle problem!
Please ask questions before bidding or purchasing an item and please verify that the item will fit your vehicle or application with a local dealer or independent source!
The customer is fully responsible for the costs of shipping for the return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If the item was listed with “free shipping”, then you will be refunded the purchase price less our shipping costs as soon as the item is returned to us.
We are not liable for any labor costs associated with the installation or removal of any parts that we sell.
All parts come with a standard warranty, please contact us for details prior to ordering. Timeframe is listed within the Warranty section of the listing for each part. Warranty claims must be made with our warranty department, details will be included with the packing slip for each order. Labor and costs associated with part installation are not included in the warranty, parts only.
