Time Frame for Payment

Payment must be made within 3 days.
eBay will automatically file an Unpaid Item Dispute after 3 days and after 7 days the item will be re-listed to eBay. This has to be done as space is always needed for our newly arriving inventory. There are no exceptions to this process and it is done regardless of buying or bidding history.

 

Sales Tax

TN residents will be charged 9.25% sales tax on the order total. All local pick up customers will be charged TN sales tax of 9.25%, as possession of the goods will be taken in TN.

Tracking Number Confirmation:
Tracking numbers will be emailed and uploaded to eBay shortly after the item ships.

 

PO Boxes:
Since taddwholesale ships with UPS, please provide a physical address. If a PO box is provided, your order will be delayed until a physical address is given.

 

Shipping Discount:

Save 10% on shipping for each additional eligible item you buy from taddwholesale.

This discount will apply if you buy two or more items that are eligible. The full shipping will be charged on the highest priced item. Each additional item that states Save 10% on shipping under the Shipping and payments eBay tab will receive a 10% reduction on the shipping. Just remember that Taddwholesale ships everything from ipods to Lawnmowers, so some items will not have the Save 10% on shipping discount and will not be eligible.

 

 

Pick Up: 

If you win an item from Taddwholesale you can either have your item shipped or you can pickup at our warehouse in TN. Taddwholesale does charge a 30% pickup fee on the items that are listed with a shipping fee. The pickup fee is stated on each item under the Shipping Tab.

 

Taddwholesale does not currently prepare items to be picked up by Freight Carriers. If you select Local Pickup you will need to send a person to pickup your item and not a Freight Carrier or pre-paid UPS or FedEx shipping label.

 

Upon pick up you will be given a copy of your invoices that you will be asked to sign. This signature will act as your "tracking" and acknowledgment of receipt of all items, much the same as a UPS signature represents. Please be sure all items are accounted for as we do not issue refunds for items reported missing after departure. You will also be required to provide a government issued photo ID for us to copy at every pickup to verify your identity. There are no exceptions.

 

Items will be held for 7 days after payment. Space is a valued commodity and we must have all items picked up with 7 days.

 

Why Does Taddwholesale Charge a Pickup Fee

  • Items that are picked up still require labor to pick the order. Items that are picked up instead of shipped are handled twice as much by our employees.
  • Offering pickups means that we store thousands of items for up to 7 days. Many customers wait until they have enough items bought to make the trip to TN worthwhile and this means that a large portion of our warehouse is a storage facility for pickup customers.
  • Employees must be stationed in the Local Pickup office awaiting your arrival to pick up.

  • Submit Payment (If you paid with an eCheck through PayPal it will take 3-5 days before your payment clears. Item will be ready for pickup 24 hours after payment clears)

How do I Return My Item?
Simply contact us from the auction page and let us know in an email that you need to return your item. We will promptly send you return instructions. Once the item is returned it will be processed within 3 business days and we will refund your original payment method.
