Automatic Add-on kit for exterior temperature sensor prevents ERDTT unwanted engine start events below 25 F -4 C on 2011-12 Chevrolet Volt Cadillac ELR and Opel Ampera  by automatically changing value readed by temperature sensor and come back to original value when temperature rise

Just install it between your existing stock sensor and sensor connector this allow you to run your Volt on pure electric mode when the temperature is cold or prevent engine start inside your garage.
The device has no effect on the battery thermal management at low temperatures.
This device can affect original warranty on installed vehicle, buyer are responsible for any modification on his vehicle.
