It was an optional hood ornament on the top of the line Ford’s. Fairlane 500’s &  Skyliners. It has a few flaws minor scratch on the gold part and a few small blemishes on the chrome. See pictures. It’s a nice piece for being 65 years old.  I would say it is bolt on ready.
