This is a passenger side cylinder head from a 2013 f150 5.0 Coyote engine with approximately 120,000 miles.  The cylinder head does not have camshafts.

Cylinder head has been thoroughly cleaned. The followers and lifters have been removed and have been cleaned as well. Fresh oil has been inserted in for the lifters.

This is a very clean cylinder head.
