This is an original accessory front grille or bumper guard for a late 1930's to 1940's car. This guard appears to be adjustable to fit different models of cars. The brackets on the upper bar can be loosened and the side bars can be slid to different lengths. The retracted all the way in, the bottom mounting bolts of the vertical bars are 17 inches apart widened, to a maximum of 22 inches apart. This piece is unmarked and I have never seen another like it.

   This is an original part that has been used but complete. It was chrome plated but the chrome finish has wear and surface rust. I will be removing the bars for shipping so it can be shipped in a smaller box.
