Please inspect all good before signing to ensure the item has not been damaged in transit. If the couriers refuses simply write DAMAGED and then sign. This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. If goods prove to be damage do not sign and contact us immediately.
In the event that a part is supplied and proven to be incorrect or faulty, we must be notified within 48 hours. If a replacement is not available then a full refund will be offered but we cannot cover labour.
In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error. We must be contact immediately and the part returned to us within 30 days at the cost of the customer. Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% free will the be charged.
