03/28/2018 Glendale Aero Services

Complied with an Annual Inspection in accordance with 14 CFR 43 Appendix D using Glendale Aero Services Annual / 100 Hr. inspection checklist. AD's researched thru T-data revision 2018-06, see attached AD compliance list for details. Compressions checked IAW CMi Manual M-0; 1-70, 2- 70, 3-70, 4- 68, 5-50, 6-60 / 80 (Warm). Borescope inspection of all cylinders performed IAW CMi Manual M-0, all cylinders found serviceable at this time. Drained engine oil. Removed oil filter assembly, cut open and inspected old filter for metal contamination, filter element found normal. Installed new AA48108-2 filter and serviced engine with 8 qts. Phillips XC 20W50 oil. Cleaned, gapped and rotated spark plugs. Re-installed with 12 ea. new M674 gaskets and torque to specified limits. Removed and cleaned main fuel inlet strainer assembly. Re-installed with new gasket and tightened to specified limits. Removed and cleaned all fuel injector nozzles. Re-installed using new O-rings, gaskets, compression seals and washers. Removed engine induction filter and replaced with new FAA-PMA Donaldson filter P/N P10-8337 IAW Cessna Service Manual. Accessed and rotated rear engine pushrod tubes in existing seals to re-seat. Ground ran engine during post run up with no further leaks noted. Accessed engine lower baffle assembly. Reinstalled and resecured rear engine lower baffle with new wire hook and springs. Resecured wires and noise filter below left magneto as required. Post inspection full power ground run-up performed with all indications and operations normal. No leaks or defects noted. I certify this engine has been inspected in accordance with an annual / 100Hr inspection and was determined to be in airworthy condition.

Engine perfect for engine swap or keep as spare. Engine and propeller assy. being stored in our hangar free from elements and weather.
