Ducati changed ECUs and the diagnostics protocol and connector by adding a sophisticated CanBus system around 2012 when they changed to Siemens/Mitsubishi ECUs. Our standard DucNostics interface popular on the Magneti and Marelli ECUs would not support these new models. We have since rectified this problem and now offer our DucCAN interface for these CanBus protocol bikes!
The DucCAN interface will support bikes using the 4 pin diagnostics connector shown here - this will include most 2012 and newer Ducati's (please check your bike prior to purchase, or call us if you need assistance!)
Note - some bikes may not support all features (or require additional steps). Select 2013-2015 MultiStrada's may not fully support service resets. We are always happy to assist in the process and of course rectify any situations with incompatible bikes. Software is developed by JPDiag, and constantly updating to eliminate any issues with supported models.
The DucCAN interface only supports diagnostics at this time (so no custom tuning) and will allow you to reset service intervals and lights, check and read error codes, reset TPS and more. Avoid trips to the dealer and keep your bike in riding condition from the comfort of your own garage.
For this interface and the MC3 ECU equiped bikes we recommend MelcoDiag from JPDiag.

Returns
Tuner Tools has a 14 day return policy after the product is delivered. Non-Defective Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and shipping is non-refundable. Items must be in sealed original packaging and in new condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer.
Defective items will be returned/exchanged once approved by Tuner Tools and/or the manufacturer. Returns will not be authorized without an RMA.
