Used in working condition. This power pack came off my 25 hp Johnson, it is a 1994 model.   I was having trouble with engine shutting down after it ran for 20 or 30 minutes.  Found out that the trigger wires were defective. So I cut them off and put 2 wire terminals on.  So they are short from what you will need to re-connect. I made a couple of jumpers to do this.
