The Carbon Dragon can best be described as a foot launched sailplane. Although it meets the FAA definition of a hang glider, neither the aircraft or pilot needs to be licensed. It can be launched by foot power, auto tow, air tow, etc. it will soar under the lightest conditions, as matter fact it will soar in lighter conditions than any other aircraft available today.
Construction of the Carbon Dragon consists mostly of wood frame covered with fabric, with carbon fibre to save weight and reinforce the framework.
