Important Notices:
  • All parts will be priced and shipped as individual pieces, not by the package.
  • Engineering numbers found on the part will not match the part number found on the label.
Vehicle Fitment:
  • eBay uses a generic fitment catalog that is not always accurate.
  • Numerous factors contribute to the compatibility of parts with various vehicles, necessitating diligent verification.
  • Customers are encouraged to message us with their vehicle's VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), and we will verify fitment.
  • If you do not supply a VIN and a part does not fit, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Pictures & Diagrams:
  • Unless shown with our company logo, pictures and diagrams are supplied by a third party and are intended as general references rather than exact representations of the part.
  • If you would like to be provided with real pictures or diagrams of the part in our listing(s), please message us. We are still in the process of updating more than 9,000 SKUs to include accurate images.

Shipping Terms

Processing Time:
  • Orders will ship within 1-2 business days.
  • Weekend orders will not be processed until the following Monday.
  • Holiday orders will not be processed until the next business day.
Shipping Methods:
  • Ground shipments usually take between 2 - 7 days, depending on location.
  • Express shipping is available for an additional cost (see shipping options at checkout).
Important Information:
  • In the rare event that a part is on backorder or discontinued, we will make every effort to find a replacement as quickly as possible.
  • We do not ship HAZMAT items.
  • Oversize/freight shipments may incur additional charges. You will be contacted for approval before shipping.
  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded if you have not supplied a VIN for fitment confirmation.
Problems with Your Shipment?
  • While we aim for timely shipping, unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
  • If you have any shipping-related issues, feel free to contact us directly through the eBay platform.
  • For shipments that have surpassed the expected delivery date, you may contact us to start a case with the carrier. Please note that each carrier has different time frames before a package is determined lost or missing. Please do not file an “Item Not Received” case without contacting us first.
  • If you use a freight forwarder, commercial mail receiving agency, or any similar service, once our shipping carrier makes delivery to your agent, all responsibility transfers to you.

Return Policy

Regular Returns:
  • Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
  • Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Once the returns pass inspection, a credit will be issued.
  • Returns must be in resalable condition and in original packaging.
  • Parts that have been installed, tried, or used are not eligible for return.
  • We reserve the right to refuse/deny returns for parts that do not meet the above criteria.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Cores & Core Returns:
  • Cores are returned at the expense of the customer.
  • Cores must be in the original packaging.
  • Cores must be drained of all fluids.
  • Cores must be complete and assembled.
  • Original packaging and labeling are considered part of the core.
  • Cores are subject to inspection upon receipt; once the core passes inspection, a credit will be issued for the core value.
  • We reserve the right to refuse/deny cores that do not meet the above criteria.
Defective Parts:
  • In the unlikely event that you receive a defective part, please be aware that as a Ford dealer, we must process it according to Ford's service part warranty procedures. Should this occur, please message us and we will be happy to assist you.
