Unless specified as Universal this is a direct fit Interior Rear View Mirror. A reminder that this listing is for a single Interior Rear View Mirror which may be less than you need for your application. Mechanical Warranty Duration and Terms


The duration of the warranty period is indicated on the front of the Invoice. If no warranty information is listed on the front of the invoice the following warranty period applies.

All warranties begin at the date of purchase (invoice date) not at the date of installation. Warranties are non-transferable and only applies to original purchaser. At its option, MAS will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of the part in the event of a failure. MAS reserves the right to replace failed parts with equal to or greater than original mileage parts. All warranty claims must accompany original invoice.


Mechanical Warranty Disclaimer and Validation


Engines: are guaranteed against knocking and excessive smoking. Your warranty is voided if engines heat tab is melted or removed. Engine warranties are limited to defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and oil pumps. All other parts included are considered accessories or extra parts. While engines may come with additional accessories, these are not covered under any warranty and are included to aid in the convenience of installation.


Transmissions: are warrantied to be in good working order against any slippage or shifting failures. Any accessories such as but not limited to: modulators, governors, electrical controls, linkage, mounts, seals, gaskets or fluids are not covered under warranty.


Differentials: All internal lubricated parts within the drive axle housing are guaranteed in good working condition at the time of purchase.


In order for the warranty to be valid, there are standard “Recommended Installation/Replacement Procedures” for Engines, Transmissions, Transfer Cases and Differentials. Failure to provide proof any of these steps were not taken by will void the warranty. Upon installation buyer agrees to follow vehicles regular maintenance as recommended by manufacturer and may be required to provide proof of such activities in the event of a warranty claim.


NO WARRANTY, NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE – ITEMS SOLD “AS IS”


AIRBAGS

Airbags are not tested to meet any safety standards.

Airbags must be installed in accordance with vehicle manufacturer’s specifications.

Buyer accepts all risk of damages/injuries if not installed properly.


TIRES

Due to many varied and different conditions to which used tires may have previously been exposed, MAS makes absolutely NO warranty, expressed or implied, as to the fitness for a general or particular purpose or of merchantability in connection with any sale of used tires. ALL USED TIRES ARE SOLD “AS IS”. Used tires are not tested or labeled by MAS to meet any safety standards. The purchaser of used tires from MAS agrees to accept all risks relating to the use of such used tires.


COMPUTERS/MODULES & ELECTRICAL PARTS

All computers modules including ECM’s, BCM’s, Power Control Modules, and electrical parts are sold as-is and are non-returnable and non-refundable. The parts stated do not come with any warranty unless otherwise stated on this receipt.

Often times computers need to be reprogrammed which is to be performed at buyers expense.


SHEET METAL

Cosmetic or surface corrosion resulting from chips, scratches, or other causes; corrosion perforation caused by improper installation, neglect, accident, abuse, or any event not considered normal use to your vehicle; damage from the environment, including weather, hail damage, airborne fallout (chemicals, acid rain, etc.), cleaning solvents and/or polishing materials. In general if part is accepted and installed on the vehicle.

RECOMMENDED INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES


ENGINES

1. Scan, record and clear all codes before removing original unit.

2. Drain and replace engine oils to manufacture suggested levels.

3. Replace oil, air and fuel filters.

4. Replace valve cover gaskets.

5. Replace oil pan gasket and rear main seal.

6. If needed, replace timing gears, chains or belts & gaskets.

7. Replace thermostat & gasket.

8. Flush cooling system & re-fill to proper level.

9. Install new spark plugs & wires.

10. Install new belts and hoses.


TRANSMISSIONS/TRANSFER CASES

1. Scan, record and clear all codes before removing the original unit.

2. Replace all seals.

3. Install new filter kit.

4. Flush and inspect cooling lines.

5. Align and engage torque converter into front pump.

6. Fill transmission with manufacturer specified fluid.

7. Adjust throttle position sensor cable.

8.Late model transmissions must be programmed, failure to do so will cause transmission damage.


DIFFERENTIALS

1. The following parts including, but not limited to, are not covered under warranty: backing plates, all brake system components, cables, controls, linkages, pumps, u-joints, electrical components, seals, gaskets, fluids. These additional parts are considered extra and are the installer’s responsibility to install or replace.


OTHER TERMS AND CONIDTIONS

All other parts not listed above are sold “AS-IS” unless a warranty is specifically listed on the front of the invoice.


Warranties do not cover any labor costs.


Returnable parts are subject to acceptance and discretion of MAS and must be in the same condition as when sold. Any accepted part returned must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. MAS is not responsible for buyer error.


Shipping and Handling charges are non refundable unless otherwise stated.


All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty and do not cover incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.


The purchaser hereby understands that due to the nature of used auto parts, any liability of MAS from all causes shall be limited to the price paid for the goods sold or provided. If a part sold by MAS is defective, liability shall be limited to the replacement of the part or a remedy not to exceed the price paid for the part, at MAS’s option.

Return Terms & Conditions

  • Customers must initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, excluding any incurred shipping charges.

Each donor vehicle’s used parts are individually inspected & tested at multiple levels to make sure they meet the highest industry quality standards before being placed in our auto parts inventory. After the car is fully dismantled, only the best OEM parts are placed in our auto part store and the rest of the vehicle is properly recycled.


    Our Process

    Once all the used auto parts are removed from the donor car or truck they are stored in our secure warehouse until they are ordered on our eBay. Before being shipped or scheduled for local pickup, these used auto parts are quality tested one last time before being loaded on one of our trucks for a timely delivery or sent to one of our pickup locations.
