Shipping Services

Economy Delivery (Economy Int'l Postage): these items are dispatched from the UK with Royal Mail and depending on availability to your destination, will be sent Tracked or Signed, and delivered by your local postal operator.

Standard Delivery (Standard Int'l Postage): Parcels to European destinations* will be shipped via DPD Classic Road, Parcelforce EuroPriority or DHL Economy Select. 

Expedited Delivery (Express Int'l Postage): Parcels to all destinations will be shipped via DHL Express Worldwide.

*Please note: Standard Delivery prices to European destinations are shown as a 'flat-rate', assuming items can be shipped in the same parcel up to a maximum weight of 25kg. If your order contains multiple items that will need to be shipped in multiple parcels, additional charges will be incurred, we will contact you if this is necessary.

Off-mainland / remote destinations

The following destinations will have different shipping rates (where shipping method shows Standard or Express Int'l Shipping):
SPAIN: Canary Islands (Canarias)

Please note for shipments dispatched via DHL Express Worldwide: certain postcodes may incur a remote area surcharge in addition to the shipping cost shown; we will contact you for additional payment if this applies.

Notes for international buyers:

• For all exports from the UK, we are obligated to attach an invoice to the outside of the package, and to declare the full value of the goods on customs form/label.
• Additional customs duties/taxes incurred are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. Please ensure you provide a valid full contact name, telephone number and email address. Parcels returned to sender due to failure/refusal to pay import duties/taxes payable will be refunded less the cost of outbound shipping.
