SHIPPING:
Buyer is responsible for shipping cost, including return shipping. You can expect to pay $50-60 east coast, $70-80 west coast to ship your engine to me (these are one way cost). I do not recommend shipping your engine in a cardboard box. Go spend $12 and buy a plastic storage bin at Lowes. Line the bottom of the bin with layers of card board (2" recommended on bottom), as well as the sides. Once the engine is inside zip tie the lid on. This will provide safe transport for your engine. I have included a photo of a packaged engine for your reference.
*** Sorry but I cannot be held liable for shipping damages in either direction. We ship about 50 engines per year, each one is packaged carefully. If you are nervous about damage, ship your engine in a 60 quart Igloo cooler on wheels with the lid screwed shut. ***
TURN AROUND TIME:
Build time will be based on the amount of damage / parts needed for your engine. Some specialized parts may take longer to receive. Or if you want a used part (such as an engine case) I will need time to hunt it down. I do believe in prompt service and excellent communication.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
• Prompt service
• Excellent Communication
• Pictures of your project sent via text
• Excellent prices on needed parts
• Honesty
• Safe return shipping

WARRANTY INFORMATION
Unfortunately with the nature of these machines, problems arise even on fresh rebuilds.
RULE #1 - Contact me first if there is an issue. Do not take your machine to a dealership and expect me to pay some idiot to fix something he probably knows nothing about.
RULE #2 – My warranty does not and will not cover any cost what so ever incurred from taking your machine to another "mechanic". Your engine MUST be returned to me for any type of warranty coverage. Warranty coverage is described below.
A 30 day warranty starts the day you receive the engine. If you wait 2 or 3 months to install your engine the warranty is void. If there is an issue during the 30 day period the customer is responsible for return shipping. The engine will be inspected for abuse such as running without oil, running without coolant, running hot for any reason. Damage from overheating for any reason will not be covered. Once we have determined the problem you will be notified whether or not it will be warranted. Engines that pass the warranty inspection will be fixed LABOR FREE. The warranty will cover LABOR ONLY, at that point you will pay dealer cost for replacement parts needed. Once issues are resolved the engine will be returned to the customer on us.
Warranty will not cover the following:
• Damage from overheating for any reason
• Broken or so called “dropped” valves
• Valves going out of spec prematurely
• Oil leaks / seeps at valve cover gasket or oil line connections
• MODIFIED RACE ENGINES
• 2 Stroke pistons or cranks
• Bottom end only builds
