Looks good but it does have scratches and rub/wear marks.

Not sure what year(s) this fits but it hooks in the front and latches on the outside in the back. With my limited research this looks to fit Mercury outboards in the 2008 year range. I'm not sure of the HP ranges this cowl will work for.
