Returns are accepted at the BUYER's expense for items that are purchased incorrectly (e.g., the item doesn't fit your vehicle/machine), if you have changed your mind or it no longer needed, as long as the return is initiated within the return window listed for this item. In these cases, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
To ensure transparency and fairness, please be aware that a 20% restocking fee, in addition to shipping costs, may be applied to all returns associated with buyer’s remorse, including situations where the item arrives later than wanted but within our stated delivery timeframe. This fee helps to cover the costs associated with the inventory restocking process.

What Does Scratch 'N Dent Mean?
When SuperATV receives an item from one of their customers, they inspect that item, verify there are no critical problems and that all pieces are included (essentially refurbish it), and then send it to us in a ready-to-ship packaged state. We then, in turn, receive these items and are authorized to re-distribute them at a discounted price.
What Condition Are These Items In?
We currently have to list many items like this as "used." However, most of these "Scratch 'N Dent" items have never been installed or even actually “used” in any substantial manner. Rather, they were the wrong pieces for someone's machine, or they have very minor scratches in the paint, etc. For most people, there are no functional defects or cosmetic blemishes that would qualify as "substantial."
Some items may be "Shelf Pulls" in like-new condition, while others may have been installed on a customer's rig, but not significantly used. On rare occasions (approx. 1 of every 1000 orders), some items may arrive showing signs of wear and damage to the point that they are faulty.
If you receive an item in severely damaged condition, please send us a message with a photo of the damage and the part number label on the outside of the box that the item came in. We work closely with our rep at SuperATV to provide replacement parts when necessary and able or returns with refunds when justified.
Also, please keep in mind that we sometimes have multiples of these items in stock and that the images on this listing serve as a representation of what kinds of 'scratches' and 'dents' are typical. Your mileage may vary.
Pictures
Some of these items have detailed pictures of the exact item included in their listing. However, with thousands of items (many of which are identical to existing ones), it is very difficult for us to open every single box to inspect all of the pieces and parts and verify the extent of the "scratches and dents." But, historically, we have had very few problems and we stand behind what we are selling.
A Note About Windshields
SuperATV's windshields come with a layer of protective film on each side. Sometimes this film is very difficult to see, and often results in a cloudy or hazy appearance if it isn't removed.
Don't - we repeat, do not* - remove the film before completely installing it on your machine and making sure you're happy with your purchase, as we can *not accept returns on windshields that have had the film removed from them.
If we have supplied reference pictures of a particular windshield on this listing, please also be aware that the one you receive may arrive in slightly different condition than the one in the picture... but similar enough that you should get a good idea of what to expect.

For example, some packages may not include a paper copy of the installation instructions. However, instructions for nearly all of SuperATV's products are available for download for free on their website. Simply search for your item's SKU and scroll to the bottom of that product's page. There, you'll find a downloadable PDF version of your item's instructions. If you are still not able to find them, please ask us in a message and we'll do everything we can to help you get them.
