The engine is sold in the Exchange. Let pick up your defective engine by arrangement with them or their workshop, after the motor supplied by us to you is installed and properly works. The engine is sold on deposit 500 pounds. Deposit will be returned when old engine has been sent back to us within 5 days.

Remanufactured Engine Supply & Fit

Remanufacturing is the rebuilding of a product to specifications of the original manufactured product using a combination of reused, repaired and new parts. It requires the repair or replacement of worn out or obsolete components and modules. Parts subject to degradation affecting the performance or the expected life of the whole are replaced.

Thorough Cleaning
All rebuilt engines are completely disassembled. Blocks, heads, rods, crankshafts and camshafts are thoroughly cleaned to remove all contaminants which can lead to early component and engine failure.

Cylinder Heads
Cylinder heads are resurfaced to assure a proper sealing surface with the block and a finish compatible with today’s new gasket materials and every head is vacuum tested to assure correct valve seating.
Valves and valves seats are machined and new stem seals are fitted.

Camshafts
Camshafts are inspected and precisely machined to provide correct lift.

Rebuilt Engines
To remanufacture is to make as close to new as possible. Most wearable parts are automatically replaced. All core material is closely inspected and checked against original equipment specifications for correct dimensional tolerances.

Cylinder Blocks
Cylinders are bored and honed and inspected to precise tolerances. Torque plate honing is performed on specific engines to eliminate cylinder head distortion after the head is bolted and torqued to the block. This process eliminates a major cause of engine blow-by. Block surfaces are machined and then inspected to ensure proper finish.

Crankshafts
Crankshafts are precision machined to exact tolerances & polished.

Connecting Rods
Connecting rods are cleaned, then machined to O.E.M. specifications and honed to the standard diameter of original equipment for even distribution of stress on the bearings. New bushings are installed and machined in all bushed rods. Every rod is carefully inspected for bend and twist as are all remanufactured parts.

New Parts
Our remanufactured engines receive a standard set of new parts such as pistons rings, big end bearings, main bearings, gaskets and seals, timing kits. Our new parts assure consistent performance and reliability throughout the life of all rebuilt engines. ALL OEM PARTS!

•Depending on the destination, the front and rear axles may be dismantled so that the goods do not exceed the commercial pallet dimensions.
