The item itself is new and in the box but it's listed as new other because some people are very scummy, make false claims to return something and then return it missing pieces.  Well I was able to get the pieces that the last degenerate stole from me and relisted it.

Everything that is shown in the pictures is what you'll get so please view them closely.  If you feel that a small stain on the instruction manual or a slight scuff on the tool itself that can only be seen with a magnifying glass will limit your ability to use this tool, or somehow make it inaccurate then do not buy this item.  Instead I recommend retreating to your bubble with a 5 gallon pale of hand sanitizer, pallet of masks and staying there for the rest of your life.

However if you ride a dirt bike and want a cool tool to help you set your Sag in an easier more efficient way and want to pay less than retail for it then this may be a good option for you.
