Payment Options & Information

Once you are notified by email that you are the winner of the listing,
you can immediately arrange payment via PayPal from the listing page or the eBay email.
We accept e-check and credit card payments through PayPal.
We also accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover directly.
Contact us after the listing's end should you wish to send payment via your credit card.
All payments must be made in US dollars.
Full payment must be received within five (5) days of the listing's ending.

Non-Payment / Non-Contact
A winning bid or buy-it-now purchase is a binding contract.
All transactions not completed within five (5) days of the
listing's closing date will be cancelled and an unpaid item dispute report
will be issued to eBay in order to recuperate the final value fees.

The buyer will be banned from any of our future listings.

Handling Charges
Our Shipping and Handling Charge is always Clearly Posted!

Your Address
It is YOUR responsibility to keep your shipping address updated on eBay and PayPal.
This is the only address that we are allowed to ship the package to per eBay and PayPal's terms.

If your shipping address is a Post Office Box,
we will assume that your Post Office will accept a large package.
Unless you notify us differently.

Should the package be returned to us as undeliverable due to an error in the address you have on file,
additional shipping costs will be collected to compensate for reshipping the item back to you.
If you decide not to pay these additional shipping charges,
we will issue you a refund less the shipping cost and charge a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Time
When your payment clears, your order will normally
ship within 24 hours (not including weekends & holidays).

eBay provides a general estimate of delivery time, but it is in no way a guaranteed delivery date.

Lost items will be refunded after 30 Days only.
This will allow enough time for the item to be located by the carrier.

Shipping Method
We ship the majority of our products with USPS because they are convenient, efficient and reliable.
If you require your item shipped via a specific carrier or manner,
for example: Federal Express with Signature Required, it is your responsibility to notify us BEFORE
bidding or buying because additional charges may apply or we cannot provide the service.
The tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is processed.

Signature Confirmation
All items that are sold over the amount of $249.99,
must be shipped with signature confirmation per eBay and PayPal's terms.

Multiple Purchases
In order to save shipping costs, we will consolidate multiple purchases
into one shipment whenever possible.
Just let us know you are bidding on or buying other items.
However once we receive your payment, your order will be prepared
for shipping and no further items can be added to the shipment.

International Buyers
Due to PayPal's policy on shipping international packages, international purchases MUST
now be shipped USPS Priority and to a confirmed address.

Import Duties
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office
to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company
or when you pick the item up.
Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Customs Delay
Unfortunately, Customs may cause a delay in delivery of your item
While most packages are delivered within two weeks,
we have seen items get stuck in Customs for no apparent reason.
They can take a month or more to get delivered.
Please allow extra time for this process.

We suggest that you try contacting your local Customs office.
They should have a record of the item.
They might be able to give you an explanation of why
the package is delayed and when you can expect delivery.

Warranty

We warrant that this part is free from defects in workmanship and materials.
We are committed to providing our customers with only the best quality products.
This auto part is manufactured to meet or exceed the OEM specifications.

Length & Limit
The WARRANTY on this product is a 30-day limited and conditional warranty.
A limited 30-day warranty from the purchase date applies to this part.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Coverage
We will repair, replace, or adjust any item deemed defective or refund the purchase price at our option.
If you replace the part with a third-party's part before allowing us to rectify the situation first,
it will void the warranty and no refund will be given.

In order to claim an electrical item is defective, you will need to supply:
- your VIN (vehicle identification number),
- your vehicle's electrical system's voltage reading
- and the part's voltage reading before returning it to us.
If you are not able to supply this information, we may send a replacement part
but that replacement will not be returnable or refundable
since we will not be able to determine the source of the problem.

Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, abuse, modification,
racing, mishandling, accidents, or normal wear & tear.
Any part that, in our sole opinion, shows evidence of operating or being installed
against manufacturer’s recommendations will not be covered by this warranty.
Also excluded from the warranty are New Old Stock (NOS) items and used parts which we will
always do our best to represent, but cannot guarantee their performance or quality.

We will not be responsible for labor charges, inconveniences, or any other
miscellaneous expenses and incidental or consequential damages caused by the item.
This warranty is limited to the retail price paid for the product less the shipping cost.

All items being returned must be sent postpaid with delivery confirmation.

This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to state.
In addition, some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts,
and some do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages.
Accordingly, limitations as to these matters contained herein may not apply to you.

This auction or buy-it-now listing has been made in, and shall be construed
in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
By purchasing this item, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue
of the state and federal courts in Passaic County, New Jersey of the United States of America
in all disputes arising out of or relating to this auction or buy-it-now listing.

Defective parts must be returned before replacement parts or a credit will be issued.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.

However, it is the BUYER'S responsibility to ascertain if this part
is appropriate for the desired application.
If additional information is required, please contact us well in advance of the auction’s or
listing's conclusion with any questions prior to bidding by using eBay's messaging system.

Full Refunds are issued only on items that are a gross misrepresentation
from its picture and description or if we shipped the wrong item.

Reason 1: Ordered the Wrong Part or No Longer Need
This item is returnable within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided it is in brand new
NON-Installed (showing no signs of wear or installation) NON-altered resalable condition.
Once a sealed item's packaging has been opened, the item will be considered to have been installed.
Items that have been installed or altered are non-returnable.
Once an item has been installed, it then falls under the warranty if one applies to this item.

The item must be returned in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or refuse a refund
if the item is no longer resalable.
A refund will be given at the final auction or buy-it-now price less
shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Reason 2: Item is Defective
If you have installed the part and feel it is defective,
you must proceed under the warranty's terms, if a warranty applies to this item.

This item has been manufactured to be installed by a competent mechanic.
It will not Fall Apart or Break under normal installation.
If you or your mechanic damages or breaks this item, that does not mean it was defective.
It means it was not installed properly.
Therefore, if the item gets bent or broken by excessive force or shorted out due to voltage irregularities,
it is NOT defective and cannot be returned for that reason.

Reason 3. Damages Caused by Carrier
If an item arrives damaged from shipping, it must be reported to us immediately
(no more than 3 days), so that we can correct the situation.
Carriers will not accept damage claims after 5 days of delivery.
You must retain all outer cartons, boxes, packing material, and labels until
the claim process has been finalized.

If you do not notify us within 3 days or refuse to assist us in the claims process,
you will forfeit your refund.

profit arising out of the purchase of this product.
