PAYMENTS AND RETURNS

- Items must be returned within 14 days (with an option of money back or exchange.)

- Items must be in the same new uninstalled condition as it was when received and its original packaging in order to receive a refund or an exchange.

- Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges including original shipping charge (if the item is listed as “free shipping” and the items is returned, you will be deducted the shipping cost it originally cost us to ship the item – Domestic shipping cost is $65 and Internationally is whatever you had originally had paid to ship your item) and return shipping cost, unless the product is defective or received the incorrect item.

- If the product is defective when received (product will be checked by manufacturer upon returned/received for defective problems, once manufacturer has approved the defective problem the full refund will be issued) or if we made an error on our part you will receive a full refund or an exchange.
