The injector has been 100% tested by ASNU equipment and is fully matched to internal coil resistance and pressure/leak testing, spray/flow testing.

A full electrical check to verify that the resistance meets specifications
Disassemble and clean the ejector externally
The interior is cleaned with numerous ultrasonic baths, while the syringe is activated with a special solution
Rinse afterwards to remove any internal debris left behind (multi-step process)
Flow test injector and collect data. If the syringe does not return to specification, the first 2 steps are performed until we achieve our desired result. Depending on their condition, some injectors may spend up to eight hours in an ultrasonic tub.
Once the injectors are restored to OE specifications, they are lubricated to extend shelf life
The injector is reassembled with new Oems high-quality components (seals, 0-rings, caps, filters, etc.).
To ensure quality, the injector is flow tested one last time before shipping
