· Allow several inches of padded space, especially at each end, between the cluster and inner walls of the box

· Units not packaged carefully can, and will, break while in transit

· Pack as you would fine china or glass

· Do not use shredded paper or packing peanuts as it may end up inside the cluster

· Include your PayPal invoice, or hand written sheet of paper with your return shipping address, email and phone number
