Unusual accessory warning emergency flashing light. Plugs into lighter. It slips over the radio antenna in case of break down warning light, flashes. The plastic red lens, also has warning flag.  Not exactly sure of the age , but have never  seen one. 1950-1960's  looking at the picture on the instructions.
