We accept all forms of payment permitted within the ebay Managed Payments checkout program, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Purchase paid via PayPal will be shipped to the confirmed name and address on the buyer's PayPal account. Please contact us before purchase the item if you would like to ship to a different address.

Immediate Payment is required on all listings - please use the eBay cart for multiple purchases.

Payment is expected within 7 days of auction closed. Your prompt payment will be greatly appreciated. Unpaid Items will be canceled per eBay Policies.

SHIPPING

We use UPS and Fedex for most orders. We are unable to guarantee a specific carrier. We do not ship to FPO, APO, Puerto Rico or PO Box addresses. For USA other locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, please contact us for additional shipping cost.
Basically orders are shipped out in 1 business day. To ensure orders can be delivered to you without any problem, your complete and correct physical shipping address.
The delivery is out of our control. Please kindly inform us if you have waited for long time without receiving the item. Once the package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, a new item will be sent out or full refund will be provided.
If buyer provides wrong address and the package returned to sender at last, buyer should pay for reshipping fee to resend the item to new address. If refund is required, we will only refund 90% of the item price because shipping cost should be deducted from the refund total.

Return Policy

1. Buyer assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase and use of the product/item.
2. All of our pictures are photos of actual items. Colors or packaging of items delivered may vary from those photographed.
3. The buyer assumes risk of damage caused by improper installation.

You will always enjoy a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. Buyer could return new and unused products in original factory and re-saleable condition for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please note: All returns should be pre-approved by our customer service team. Before return, please contact our customer service team for RMA number and return instructions. Unauthorized returns or used item will not be accepted.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. You may return the product within 30 days of receipt. Item must be returned in oringnal condition, as received with all accompanied accessories and literature, including the factory carton.
After returned item is received and confirmed in good/re-sellable condition, we will exchange the item or issue refund according to customer’s option.
20% restocking fee may apply if returned item is not packed well or returned in bad condition.
The refund will be issued in 1-2 businessdays and the funds should go back to the account which you use to pay for order.

For defective or damaged item, please contact us and provide as much problem details as possible, we will consider to waive return and ship replacement item or issue full refund to you directly after problem is confirmed.
