This Standard Horizon Eclipse GX1300 VHF Marine Boat Radio is a great addition to any boat. With its reliable communication capabilities and easy-to-use design, you can stay connected while out on the water. That said the radio comes without the  MSI #, it does work but you know without the MSI it's locked unfortunately. I know there is a way around it but I don't have the time to take care of it.
