This breaker is made by Bussmann; the model is ShortStop II.

Rating: 12 VDC, 10 Amps
Terminals: metric M5 x 0.8mm, 11/16" (17.5mm) center to center
Housing: 1-1/4" long x 13/16" wide x 5/8" tall (32mm long x 20.6mm wide x 16mm tall).

The housing may show some minor corrosion.
Breaker is fully functional.
