WARRANTY
Our warranty covers the 30-day return period. We recommend using this time to install and test the functionality of the item. To qualify for warranty service, the item must be returned in its original condition. Please note that any attempt to disassemble the part will invalidate the warranty. We do use special parts paint to ensure items are not opened and tampered with.
ITEM CONDITION
All parts are tested and in good working order before being removed from the vehicle. If parts are untested they will be sold under the category of “for parts or not working.” Please thoroughly examine the provided pictures for details before making a purchase. While multi-quantity items may have slight cosmetic differences, they remain functionally and structurally consistent with the images. Due to being used, items may exhibit minor scuffs, scratches, or imperfections, all of which are depicted as accurately as possible in our photos. Prior to purchase, ensure the part number matches your vehicle's specifications for compatibility.
SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping or local pickup from our Jacksonville, FL 32206 location (address available upon request). Our standard handling time for shipping is typically 1 business day.
Please note that the shipping cost mentioned applies only to the lower 48 states. Additional charges will apply for international shipments and deliveries to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Virgin Islands, FPO/APO, and Guam residents.
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment. Once shipped, a tracking number will be added to eBay for your convenience.
FREIGHT SHIPPING
For oversize items such as bumpers, doors, hoods, trunk lids, engines, transmissions, and similar items, shipping will be handled via Freight. We will need to contact you to retrieve a good phone number and ensure the address is correct.
The shipping cost quoted is for delivery to a commercial address; residential addresses will incur a $100 surcharge for home delivery and liftgate use.
It's important to inspect the freight upon delivery before signing any documents from the carrier; failure to do so will void the insurance. In the event of receiving a damaged freight shipment, do not sign for it and contact us immediately!
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for items that are defective or non-functional upon arrival. Once returned, items undergo inspection to determine refund eligibility. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
For non-functional items or those significantly differing from their description, please contact us for return arrangements; return shipping costs are covered by us.
However, returns for incorrect or unwanted parts (excluding electronics) incur a 20% restocking fee.
Please avoid purchasing electronic parts for testing purposes, as such returns won't be accepted.
Returned electronics are thoroughly inspected before issuing refunds. Labor fees for part installation or removal are not covered.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Additionally, shipping costs may apply to items labeled as 'free shipping'.
