DELIVERY TERMS
Contact us before buying for delivery costs to AB,IV,HS,KA,KW,PA,PH,ZE,BT,IM,& TR post codes or any EU or International destinations.
Please note that where EU or Worldwide Carriage charges are listed on our adverts, this only applies to country mainland (standard transit zones) and excludes all islands.
We reserve the right to request additional carriage costs to cover outside of these standard zones. We are also governed by International Sanctions and Royal Mail / UK Courier restricted zones. Most Items are dispatched within 2 working days or as stated in our listings. Please remember when you are leaving feedback that you are marking us on dispatch time and not Royal Mail or Courier delivery time. However Royal Mail estimate your item will be delivered within 5-6 WORKING days and UK Mainland Courier 2-3 WORKING days. Royal Mail also state that you must wait 15 working days before completing a lost post form. Therefore we will not consider an item lost until 15 working days have past before sending a replacement. Deliveries by post or by courier into Europe or Internationally can take much longer. Please contact us after this time if your item has not arrived.

WARRANTY & RETURNS
Returns of unwanted goods accepted providing they are returned in new unused condition and in original packaging within 30 days from receipt. The customer will be responsible for the return of the item and suggest a recorded delivery method for proof of return. No returns accepted after 30 days unless part is faulty.
Return postage costs are at the buyers expense and we will refund excluding our original outward post or carrier shipping costs. Any item returned that arrives damaged or in unsaleable condition we will inform with photographic evidence and unfortunately be unable to offer any refund.
Returns of faulty goods are accepted within warranty period as stated in listing the item will be inspected on receipt and if fault is not due to misuse, you will be entitled to a replacement if item cannot be repaired. Faulty goods will require further information supplied with the returned item (Vehicle Chassis Number / Date & Mileage Fitted / Date & Mileage Failed) we cannot process without this. Please note that the warranty given by MPS Trading Ltd and the manufacturers of the products will only cover cost of the parts. Labour charges or any other costs or consequential losses are NOT covered. The customer will be responsible for the return of the item and suggest a recorded delivery method for proof of return.
