This is a Mercruiser oil pan part# 14088923 for 305 and 350 Smallblock Chevy Marine engines with 2 pc rear main seal and dipstick on Starboard side of engine. Fits 1980 to 1985 blocks that have 2 piece rear main seal. 

Includes matching windage tray.Pan has been hot tank cleaned and is in good shape.
