Domestic(U.S.) Shipping
All items will be shipped out within 1 or 2 business days with cleared payment. Please included your phone number to the payment note for prompt and secure shipment. Tracking numbers for all orders are added to eBay once they have been dispatched; please login to eBay to find the tracking information for your order. Most items are shipped USPS first class mail, delivery usually takes just 4-6 business days. Additionally, we do not ship on weekends.
International Shipping
Puerto Rico: As we use standard USPS, PR is considered a US territory for mailing purposes, and can be selected as such at checkout. Shipping will be domestic U.S. rates.
For Canada & Mexico or other countries
We use the eBay's Global Shipping Program. Once you’ve paid for your item, we'll send it to the global shipping center within 1 or 2 business days. From there, it's sent to you.
Lost Shipments
For non-signature required shipments: If the tracking information that corresponds to a shipment confirms that the product was delivered to the intended address, the customer assumes all responsibilities and liabilities for the receipt of the shipment. The Customer is the one who provided AQJ with the ship to information, and in doing so absolves AQJ of any liabilities for missing or stolen deliveries.
Customs Fees for International Shipping
Shipments are marked with the value of your purchase price. International customers are responsible for any tariffs or customs fees that may be associated with their shipment. Please check your country's laws and regulations before your purchase.
(1) We offer 60 days return policy. Please contact us within 60 days t from the date you receive your order if you have any issues with the product or want return .Refund will be send after we got your resend package.
(2) All returned items should be in the original packaging , return tracking information should be provided.
