SHIPPING POLICY
- Shipping prices for ground apply only to the continental United States. Anywhere else is considered international shipping and will have an international shipping rate.
- Processing time is 1 business day for small and medium size items, oversized/freight items are handled 3-5 business days.
- Please note that we will only ship to the same billing address that payment is made from.
- Oversized items like Hoods, Engines or Transmissions can be shipped only to business/commercial address via Freight. Shipping to Residential address will be at an additional cost.
- When ordering outside the US, purchases may be subject to Import Fees and Duty Charges, which the Buyer is responsible to pay.
- Oversized items like bumpers, doors, door panels, hoods, trunk lids and other similar items will be shipped via Freight or Greyhound Express.
ITEM CONDITION
- It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the part will fit your vehicle, make sure to match the part number.
- You will receive the exact item pictured unless stated in the description.
- All parts are used and will have normal signs of use.
- Ask all questions before making a purchase or sending an offer.
RETURN POLICY
- No Returns. Do not purchase to troubleshoot a problem.
- All parts have a 6 month warranty, (that includes but not limited to part failure)
- Please ask questions and verify fitment before making a purchase.
- It is the buyers responsibility to pay any return shipping. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. Most of our products are offered with free shipping. Meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. You will be refunded the purchase price minus the shipping cost.
- All electronic parts are tested before removed from vehicles. If any part is damaged or has a defect it will be in the description.
- We do not pay for any labor costs, this includes removing installing any parts. By purchasing our item you take full responsibility of any installation/removal, storage and/or any other costs.
- All warranty replacements will need an invoice from a licensed auto repair shop, all warranties will be voided without proof.
