We attempt to test every part to the best of our ability, sometimes the vehicle is wrecked/came to us in a way not all items cannot be fully tested so they have to be "assumed good". All used items we sell and new in-house items use exact photos, only warehouse new items use 'generic' photos and those you can see are clearly generic with the background around the item removed. Engines,Transmissions, & Drivetrain Units
Engines are sold as a long block only with accessories and transmissions sold separately. Accessories not included, but can be purchased separately are: alternators, starters, compressors, steering pumps, coil packs, turbos, super chargers, distributors and throttle bodies.
Some accessories may be left on your item as a convenience. These items include exhaust manifolds, intake manifolds, fuel injection systems, wiring harness, timing covers, sensors, oil pans, axle shafts, brakes and modules. Since these are accessories they may not be correct for your vehicle. Some accessories may work for you, but some may need to be swapped over from your old item.
No accessories are warrantied under any circumstance if left with the item. These may be left on as a convenience to us for removal purpose. The warranty coverage is for the listed item only and does not cover labor or shipping costs. Labor will not be paid under any circumstances. Shipping claims will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Wiring harnesses: All wiring harnesses must have fitment confirmed by the customer's dealer. You will be contacted after purchasing to confirm you infact called the dealer, if not you will be asked to do so before we pull or ship the harness. The customer has full access to our VIN listed on the page to do this, if customer purchases harness and wants to return it there is a $75.00 non-refundable labor charge and any shipping charges will not be refunded. Electrical Items: We do not guarantee that the electrical items will "fix your issue". Your vehicle codes might trigger a code for something to be fixed but it's not always that exact item. It could be something else linked with it that is causing the certain code to appear. Sometimes electrical items need to be programmed by the dealer to work properly, that's up to you to figure out before purchase.
Our Warranty does not cover the following items: The purchaser’s loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use, towing expense, installation expense, commercial loss, rental cars or other consequential damages On driveline components: fluids, gaskets, seals, flters, intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, clutches, water pumps, wiring, thermostats, sensors, hoses, belts, spark plugs and injectors are not guaranteed. On suspension components: bushings, joints and bearings are not guaranteed. If they are sold aftermarket these are wearable components that should always be replaced. Light bulbs are not guaranteed to work. Claims that result from: accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, not using proper methods for removing bolts (i.e. customer breaking bolts-we recommend heating all bolts, here in MI items get corroded). |
Core Charge. A core charge is sometimes applied to rebuildable parts such as engines or alternators that can be redeemed for a portion of their original price. If the part you are purchasing has a core charge applied, it will be noted in the description.
Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.
*We are located in Michigan, we have snow and ice which they use salt on the roads which does cause corrision on parts that is normal for anything in our area. If you are for example in Texas or Florida your parts are much 'cleaner looking' than ours due to the difference in climate and normal practices. Corrision may not look pretty but it does not always make the part defective.

| Walk | The word "walk" or "walk-in" means the part is only good for someone walking in the door, we try not to ship these parts but they can be. They are normally a "C Grade" part and have a defect/blemish of some type

- You may notice in the Conditions and Options area the part may say "A Grade 5P0.5" the A grade is explained above but the (number/letter/number) is known as a ARA Damage code that shops use this example the part would have a 1/2 hour ding in the area of 5 on that part, if you are buying a part with this type of "code" you are responsible for asking what it means or knowing if you click "buy it now."
