I have a rear shock absorber off a 2002 Polaris Edge RMK 600. This is a oil filled shock absorber. It has good compression up and down with no leaks. The dust shield does have a crack but the seal is good inside and it does not leak. The shaft has some rust way up high but does not affect it. This shock is not made to rebound on its own, it does not have gas in it. It is just an oil filled shock absorber, non rebuildable. It works as it should. It does not come with the lower shock bushings, you will need to use yours. See all pictures.
