This part is in good used condition and has been thoroughly tested for functionality. It was removed from a 2003 Mercury 200HP Outboard Engine With 500 hours on it. Before removal, we confirmed it was in proper working order. This was a complete running motor with no issues. Compression is even across all cylinders @ 115PSI.
