Comes with key and a spacer bracket on the back. Buyer will need a kill switch clip. I had to drill out the head on one of the screws to remove the cables (pictured). I left the stud in the hole because that screw really isn't needed when mounted because there is another hole for a bolt nearby that will hold that end together.
