Buyer must retain all packaging for an item damaged in shipment. A shipping claim cannot be processed without original packaging and hence the item cannot be returned or refunded. Returns are NOT accepted because you changed your mind, or you bought by accident.

   Shipping:   All Parts are shipped from the U.S.A We typically use USPS, UPS and FedEx for single purchases depending on weight, we will ship within 2 business days of payment received. Shipping cost and delivery times are dictated by the carriers. Insurance for lost or damaged goods is available (your option to purchase). For large/heavy items such as motors please contact us for a quote.

   Payment:   Nothing ships until payment is complete. Payments must be made within (5) business days of invoice.
