This sale is for one brand new old stock 20" long shaft Mercury Outboard lower unit.

This Mercury gear case is brand new in the box.  This is an original factory Mercury part, not aftermarket.

The drive shaft measures approx 21 3/4" from the tip to the base of the water pump and 22 3/8" to tip of preload pin.

The driveshaft has 11 splines and the prop shaft has 13 splines.

This lower unit fits some Mercury outboards from 1977-1979 with 70 hp.  It may fit more than this so please check your part numbers,
