Please inspect all goods before signing to ensure the item has not been damaged in transit. If the courier refuses simply write DAMAGED and then sign. This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. If goods prove to be damaged do not sign & contact Hills Motors immediately.
In the event that a part is supplied and proven to be incorrect or faulty, Hills Motors must be notified within 48 hours. If a replacement is not available then a full refund will be offered but we cannot cover labour.
In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error, Hills Motors must be contacted immediately and the part returned to us within 30 days at the cost of the customer. Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% fee will then be charged.
