Up for sale is a Volvo Penta rebuit resealed Dp-D1 Dp-E 1.78 gear ratio outdrive sterndrive. Duo Prop 1.78 : 1  p/n 872781 appropriate for Big  block Gas and many Diesel applications. This has been completely gone thru , resealed All new Volvo Penta seals , 26 Spline Ujoint Yoke New Forged Universal Joints . Every Gear,  Bearing, and race has been inspected,   seals brand new , everything is mechanically Flawless ! No chipped or damaged gears , Steel Clutch cone , Prop Shafts are laser straight run out tested , and  Pressure tested ,  We Primed  & repainted the entire Drive  zinc Chromate & Volvo Penta Grey Marine Paint , all new Bushing and water Neck  .    This will upgrade and replace  All Big Pin style drives like Dp-C Dp-C1 Dp-D Dp-D1 Dp-E . This will not bolt up to Dp-A or Dp-B  small hinge pin style drives.  This Drive had a small amount of pitting on the housings , this unit is priced a little lower do to the cosmetics although it is 100% mechanically Flawless and still looks  excellent . .
