Please, DISREGARD this handling time, OUR REAL HANDLING TIME is to ship your repaired item, the SAME DAY we get it OR THE FOLLOWING WORKING DAY. If your Instrument cluster or speedometer is not repairable and you agree to an exchange, we can “electronically” transfer the software information (Mileage, VIN number, Engine Hours, Gauge calibration etc.) from your old unit to the exchange unit so the vehicle won’t see any difference and there will be no need to go to the Dealer for anything, the vehicle will start and run even if you have the security built in the instrument cluster. Additional charges will apply.

Maximum Turnaround Time will be up to 3 business days if your Instrument cluster or speedometer is not repairable and you agree with us to buy another speedometer or instrument cluster and then transfer the software (Mileage, VIN#, Gauge calibration etc. and list another item to buy and fully refund the original purchase.
