Boat part number 1105597 is a new pro series hydrofoil stabilizer from Cobra Marine, part number 1147-19 . 

This hydrofoil stabilizer is constructed out of 304 stainless steel. It measures approximately 17 1/2" W x 13 5/8" L overall. It mounts via (4) 1/4" Dia. mounting holes (hardware included). Designed for outboards or I/O stern drive motors.
