We offer a free 30 day returns policy on all orders dispatched to a UK postal address unless specified otherwise on the listing. This policy allows buyers to return their items unused and unopened for free within 30 days of receiving. Returns need to be raised directly on eBay, a returns label will be provided for you to print and attach to your parcel. The parcel will then need to be dropped off at the Post Office, please obtain proof of postage for your records. Returns will be refunded within 5 working days of being received.
