One 15” wire wheel cover used on 89-93 FRONT WHEEL DRIVE Cadillac models with 15” steel wheels

This cap is in good condition and has been reconditioned but it does have a bit of curb damage along the perimeter as shown. Overall a nice driver quality cap

This locks on with a color coded lock which is not present. You need that and the specific bracket to go with it.
