・Works Bell's RAPFIX GTC, 103270. ・The steering wheel tilts up with one action without compromising safety or design. This is a vehicle inspection-compliant steering wheel removal and installation system that dramatically improves the ease of getting in and out of a tight driver's seat. ・By tilting up the steering wheel, you can get in and out of cars equipped with bucket seats or sports type seats smoothly. It also makes it easier to approach the dashboard and foot pedals that were previously out of reach. ・The tilt steering system uses a ball lock system. This has been newly developed based on the one-touch steering wheel removal and installation system "RAPFIX", which has achieved many achievements. By applying RAPFIX's unique patented technology, a ball is used to connect the convex and concave shapes, achieving a smooth connection and reducing rattling. It is an equipment part that is as safe and reliable as RAPFIX. ・In case of an emergency, a "2-step lock" is adopted. The lock will not be released unless the safety trigger is slid, so the steering wheel will not tilt up due to unexpected contact while driving. In addition, when the steering wheel is tilted up, it is suspended (stopped) steplessly by the engagement of the plunger mechanism. It can be adjusted to suit the different meter hood shapes of the vehicle model, and can also be suspended at any position of your choice. Furthermore, the "horn button" can also be used. The horn terminal is built into the product's main body (plug) and tilt-up part (socket), so when the product is tilted up, the power to the horn switch is cut off, and when the product is tilted down and locked, the power is reconnected securely by the dedicated electrical contact.
