This is brand new but removed from packaging. It was never used. It attaches around the headrest with Velcro and ties at the bottom. Can also attach to a stroller back. The top zipper opens to storage space of 20 x 15 inches. The next section down is 4 pockets measuring 4x 4 inches, 2 x 4 inches, 2 x 4 inches, and 4 x 4 inches. The next section has an attached hook for keys or hook-on water bottle, etc. the bottom section zipper opens to 5 x 15 inches of storage space.
