• In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
• Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
• If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
• Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
• Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost.
• Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
• We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
• Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
• We do not ship internationally.
• In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
• We do not ship COD orders.
• Many orders will be sent with a signature required for delivery.  If you
  want to bypass that feature, please put it in the notes on your order.

• Larger items cannot be shipped to AK, HI, or U.S. Territories.  If an order cannot ship for some reason, we will let you know and cancel the order.

• Contact us to arrange for any returns.
• A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
• There is a possible 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts depending on the situation.
• Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.
• We cannot take back used parts.
• We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
• Electrical parts are not returnable.
• We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
• Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
• Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date your order is
  received. All return parts must be uninstalled and in the original, undamaged packaging and you must include a copy of your invoice/packing slip. There are no returns on airbags, electrical, fuel, high performance parts, racing parts, special order, Body parts (bumpers, fenders, quarter panels, etc.) or previously installed parts. All returns in above stated condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless stated otherwise. Orders not including a valid U.S. market  Nissan VIN number are subject to a 20% return fee with no refund on original or return shipping.  If the error is ours, we will cover return shipping expenses.  We are flexible, if you have any concerns please feel free to email or call us.  Please include your valid U.S. market Nissan VIN number on the order so we can check for accuracy of the item(s).
• Warranty Policy:  All Nissan OEM parts carry a 1 year limited warranty
  (some exclusions apply) from the date of purchase.  Warranty is valid on the part only, not labor.  We do not warranty gaskets or seals that would be used to install the warrantied item.  We do not honor the warranty on CVT transmissions.  Also, as we are only a Nissan dealership, we do not honor warranties on Infiniti vehicles and we can only honor our warranty for vehicles sold in the U.S.  If you purchase a part for an Infiniti vehicle on our website we cannot verify that it is correct for your VIN number as we do not have catalogs for Infiniti vehicles.  If you have any warranty questions please contact us prior to purchasing.

Cancellation Policy

• An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
• If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
