New tie bar kit from Evinrude Johnson, part number 0766568 . Commonly used on Scout Boats, part number ES2281 , but may be used on other boats.

This outboard tie bar is constructed out of stainless steel with a black polished finish. It measures approximately 27 3/8" L x 1 1/4" Dia. overall. It mounts via (2) 1/2" Dia. mounting holes. Hardware and brackets included.
