Up for consideration, I have a lower unit removed from a 125 mercury outboard. Its in working condition. It shifts in and out of forward neutral and reverse. This is for 25" motors. The oil was black but there was some water when i sampled the oil so it will need new seals. This will fit the "6 jaw" 1998 and newer 4 cylinder carbureted mercs.
